Hey, Simpli Staci squad! I recently had the pleasure of attending an exclusive pop-up concert hosted by Sofar Detroit, and I can’t wait to share all the fabulous details with you. From the venue to the fashion, food, and of course, the cocktails, this night was one for the books.
The Venue: One Mike Detroit
One Mic Detroit served as the perfect backdrop for this intimate concert experience. With its cozy atmosphere and chic décor, it provided an ideal setting for live music and mingling.
The Event Organizer: Sofar Detroit
Sofar Detroit always manages to keep the artist lineup and venue location a surprise until 32 hours before the event, adding an element of mystery and excitement to the night. The element of surprise never disappoints!
The Outfit
I rocked a green “Black History” sweatshirt from Target layered over an oversized denim blouse from Aerie. For bottoms, I wore brown Serra leggings, and I accessorized with cognac-colored over-the-knee Mark Fischer boots and a mini cognac-colored crossbody purse from Marshall’s. To add a touch of glam, I wore big gold hoop earrings from Amazon. The outfit was chic yet comfortable, perfect for a night of standing, dancing, and socializing.
The Food
Let’s talk hors d’oeuvres! The menu included mouthwatering options like mac & cheese, vegetable hibachi, steak bites, and chicken wings. Each bite was a burst of flavor, making the night even more memorable.
